Actual pricing may change based on hive size, hive location, accessibility, structural conditions, or other factors discovered during on-site inspection.

Your Responsibilities

Disclose known conditions, prior treatments (including any pesticide use), structural concerns, or property restrictions relevant to the work.

Keep people and pets at a safe distance from the work area during removal.

Pay amounts owed under your signed agreement on the agreed schedule.

Safety & Inherent Risks

Bee removal involves live insects and inherent risks, including stings and allergic reactions. You agree to inform us in advance if any person on the property has a known bee sting allergy. You accept that bees may become agitated during removal and that some level of temporary bee activity on and near the property is unavoidable during and shortly after our work.

Relocation of Bees

Our standard practice is to relocate captured honey bees alive to managed apiaries whenever practical. In some cases — including Africanized colonies, colonies with disease, or circumstances where relocation is not reasonably feasible — alternative handling methods may be required. The specific approach for your job will be described in your written agreement.
